Yurt Rentals
Be one of the first to enjoy this unique form of camping! Yurts are circulsar structures that originated long ago with the Mongolian culture. They have been modernized in the past few decades here in the U.S. and now enjoy a wide range of uses.
Our yurts have a vinyl impregnated fabric wrapped around Douglas Fir lattice walls which are secured to a finished floor. Rafters extend up from the walls to the 4-foot skylight dome supporting a heavy-duty vinyl roof. They have an insulation package and a snow and wind kit that reinforces the walls and ceiling.
Our yurts are 16 feet in diameter with approximately the same square footage as our cabins, and sleep up to 5 people. They have two sets of bunk beds (one bunk bed has a double bed on the bottom). There is electricity and a ceiling fan inside the yurts. Electricity and water are provided outside at the site. Bed linens and towels are not provided. Yurts do not have kitchen or bathroom facilities. Well behaved pets are welcome in our yurt rentals for an $8 per night pet fee.
With large windows, cream colored interiors and skylight domes yurts are light and cozy. A picnic table is on the site along with a fire ring and small grill, and two Adirondack chairs.
