•  Personal checks*, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. (*Some restrictions may apply)

Fees

• DAILY BASE RATE shown is for two (2) people. Additional persons are charged as follows: additional adults are $8 per night. Additional children (18 and under) are $1 per night.
• Above rates include FREE showers in our clean, heated restrooms (you must supply your own towels).
• OCCUPANCY: Except where noted, we do not allow more than 4 people per campsite, or 2 adults and their children. Only one camping unit, one camping unit and one tent,  or two tents are allowed per campsite. Exceptions permitted only with advance approval from the office.
• PETS: There is a $8 per-night fee for well-behaved pets in all of our rental units (rustic cabins, deluxe cabin, yurts, and trailer rental). Please let the office know of any pets you will be bringing with you.
• TAXES: All rates and fees are subject to Wisconsin state and county sales taxes (5.5%). Rental units are also subject to an additional 8.0% Door County Room Tax. Tax rates may be subject to change.
• ELECTRICAL HOOKUP: 50-amp electrical service is an additional $2 per night.
• MINIMUM STAY: On certain dates (holidays and festivals) and on weekends there may be a minimum length of stay requirement (e.g. a 2, 3 or 4-night minimum stay).  We do have a 3 night minimum on weekends mid-June through Labor Day and a 4 night minimum stay over the fourth of July.
• DAMAGES / CLEANING: Any damage that is caused intentionally or unintentionally or rental units that are left in disorder may be subject to a damage or cleaning fee.  Unwashed dishes left in the trailer rentals will result in a $50 housekeeping fee.

Deposits

     An advance deposit is required to reserve a campsite and/or rental unit:

CAMPSITES:

1-night Reservation:
Payment is taken in full

2 or 3-night Reservation:
$50 deposit per site

                                                                                 4 to 7-night Reservation:                                                                                    $75 deposit per site

8+ nights Reservation:
$125 deposit minimum per site

                                                                                 Month Long Reservation:                                                                                   $250 deposit minimum per site

Rustic Cabin & Yurt Rentals:
$100 deposit per site

Travel Trailer Rental & Deluxe Cabin Rental:
$200 deposit per site

Cancellations or
Reservation Changes

If you cancel and give us a 10 day or more notice prior to your arrival date:
Deposit is refunded minus a $20 handling fee

If you cancel within 10 days of your arrival date:
No refund – you forfeit your deposit

If you change your dates (current year only) and give us a 10 day or more notice prior to your arrival date:
No fee

If you change your dates (current year only) within 10 days of your arrival date:
$20 change of dates fee
(no charge if simply adding dates to an existing reservation)

• Sorry, we cannot refund for late arrivals or early departures. If your date of arrival will be delayed please let us know, or your site may be re-rented.
• No-shows and cancellations made on the day of arrival are responsible to PAY IN FULL for all reserved nights.
• Your balance is due at check-in (minus your deposit). You will be charged for your balance on your arrival day.

Site Requests

• We try our best to honor requests for specific campsite numbers, but cannot guarantee site numbers on less than a week long stay for several reasons.

No arrivals or setup after 10:00 P.M. as that is when our quiet hours begin.
